There is a $47 non-refundable application fee per adult. The fee covers the cost of processing the application, which includes a criminal background check and a credit check.

TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION, WE MAY NEED:
1. Application Fee of $47 per adult applicant
2. Government-issued Photo ID.
3. The last 2 pay stubs from current employer
4. Tax returns from current and prior year (if self-employed)
5. Animal Registration for any pets


Each person 18 years of age or older who will reside in the unit must complete a separate rental application.

By submitting this application, I certify that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I authorize Host Boise Vacation Rental Services to verify this information by contacting any listed references and to obtain reports necessary to evaluate my application, including but not limited to credit, criminal background, and rental history reports.

I understand and consent to Elk In Idaho Enterprises LLC, dba Host Boise Vacation Rental Services, and its authorized agents using my information for these verification purposes. My submission of this application shall serve as my signature and authorization for Host Boise and any affiliated reporting agencies to obtain and rely upon such information.

I acknowledge that:

  • A non-refundable application fee of $47 per adult is required and must be paid directly to the reporting agency at the time the credit/background check is initiated.
  • A holding deposit of $200 may be required to reserve the apartment. This deposit will be applied toward the security deposit once the application is approved.
  • If I withdraw my application or decide not to move in after approval, the holding deposit is non-refundable.
  • If my application is denied, the holding deposit will be fully refunded.
