To find out if one of our listings will let you bring your pet for your stay, check the information section of the accommodation listing description. It’s also a good idea to contact us before you book, to find out if there are any specific restrictions.
Even if a listing appears in the Pets allowed category, you should contact the us to check if the status is still current and if specific restrictions apply.
All listings will display a color coded availability calendar showing available dates in green and unavailable dates in red.
Our calendars are usually accurate and up to date, however if there is an error or change to the availability of the home, we will notify your immediately when requesting a reservation.
We encourage all guests to complete their bookings through our website before meeting in person to best ensure guests safety and privacy.
For safety reasons to our other guests and properties, we do not permit potential guests to visit any homes before going through the identification approval process and booking the home with a payment method.
There are many ways to learn more about a place to stay without visiting the property. All of our homes provide detailed information and professional accurate photos of our listings as well as some video walk-throughs to help guests feel confident about the home they are considering.
We ask everyone who uses StayInBoise.com for a few pieces of information before they book with us. Guests need to have this info completely filled out before they can make a reservation request. This info helps make sure we know who to expect, and how to contact the guest.
StayInBoise.com's requirements for guests include:
- Be over the age of 25
- Full Legal Name
- Email address
- Confirmed phone number
- Introductory message
- Agreement to house rules
- Payment information
- Guests are required to upload, an approved photo ID before requesting a booking for a home.
All of our bookings are subject to agreement to our Privacy Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions.
Some times guests may be required to sign a lease contract or rental agreements. If you are required to sign a contract, we will notify your of this requirement and its terms prior to booking your reservation.

Travel insurance plans may include:
- Trip cancellation: This benefit may cover you when certain covered reasons prevent you from taking your trip, like weather or worker strikes; sickness, injury, or death; or work-related interruptions.
- Trip interruption: This benefit may reimburse you for expenses incurred if you need to end your trip early after it has begun.
- Medical expenses: This benefit may reimburse you for medical expenses you incur because of an illness or accident that occurs during a trip.
- Emergency assistance services: This benefit may provide assistance when you travel for critical needs like emergency transportation, medical evacuations, doctor referrals, and lost or stolen visas and passports.
- Lost and damaged baggage protection: This benefit may provide coverage if your personal belongings are lost, stolen, or damaged during the trip.
- Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR): This benefit may reimburse you for the whole trip or a portion of trip expenses incurred if the trip is cancelled for any reason.
Before purchasing travel insurance, make sure to check your existing coverages. Some credit cards may offer travel insurance plans and other benefits, like rental car coverage. Your personal home, homeowner’s policy may have coverage for theft or loss of personal belongings while you’re away from home. You may also have coverage through your employer.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use StayInBoise.com's site and services. It's against our Terms and Conditions for people under the age of 25 to book a home.
If you decide you would like to cancel a request for a reservation booking, and you have not supplied your payment information, as a courtesy we ask that you simply fill out and submit our cancellation request form found HERE.
If you are approved and have not submitted your payment details to confirm your booking, your booking approval will simply expire within 24hrs of approval notification. If you decide to book another reservation or rebook your earlier dates, you will have to submit another reservation request.
Here are some reasons why your reservation might have a "Pending" status:
Our management team still needs to respond to your request.
When you make a request to book, a reservation request is automatically sent to our management team, we typically take 24 hours to accept or decline your request. The status for your reservation will be "Pending" until the a manager responds. During this time, you can also contact us to help approve your request.
If we decline your request or do not respond within 24 hours, the booking status will be updated as "Declined" or "Expired," and your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
You need to complete identity verification
Sometimes a reservation will be "Pending" if you've booked a place to stay but you haven't completed the identity verification process. In this case, you'll have 12 hours from the time you booked to complete identity verification, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled.
If your reservation request is declined by our management team, no charge is made for the reservation.
If your reservation request is declined and the listing for the stay shows that it's still available, the calendar may not be up-to-date or another issue may have affected your reservation approval.
Temporary authorizations
Your payment method may be temporarily authorized for a charge when you request a reservation, but this authorization is voided and released back to the payment method if your request is declined. We complete a charge only when a reservation request is confirmed.
